Our Customer Service supports your team
Summitline works collaboratively with our customers, ensuring critical quality objectives and key performance indicator (KPI) metrics are met and exceeded.
Through the utilization of certified ISO 9001:2008 and other continuous improvement processes we produce award winning on-time delivery and order accuracy across all business lines and markets.
Our customer service team develops and provides a standard suite of reports for each customer’s specific business needs, with the capability to develop and provide expanded and customized reports to support changing business requirements or special projects.
Dedicated customer account teams are provided for each of our customer’s business lines. Our Customer Service Representatives and our project management team meet weekly, bi-weekly or as requested, to support our customers with real-time order and shipping status, continuous process improvement, emergency order expediting and prioritization of customers’ requests.
